Our Project Process
Our four-part process was designed to ensure optimal success for each project that we have the honor of completing for our customers.
Our process starts with listening to the needs, limitations, and desires of our customers. During our initial visit, we take the necessary time to gather the needed information to produce an accurate design. Once we have collected enough information we are able to design a space using our design team and CAD software to bring our understanding into the visual space.
We invest time with you to ensuring that our understanding of your project can be viewed and approved before any work begins. The design team will help you with every aspect of the design, right down to picking the color of paint and style of the fixtures.
Once you are ready to start, a project manager and implementation team are assigned to your project. Daily and weekly updates will be provided as well as unlimited access to the team during your project. The team will work closely with you to ensure the design is implemented completely and to your satisfaction. The goal of the process is to improve your way of life through the work that we do.
Our satisfaction is realized in the positive feedback and reviews we receive about how much people are enjoying their new spaces. We stay in contact with you, even after the project is completed to make sure you experience continued joy and satisfaction with the results. Our clients become champions of our business and we welcome the referrals we receive throughout the year.
